JAMES EVANS EVENTS, LLC, founders have been in the marketing and promotions business for over 30 years. Originally from New York City, we migrated to Atlanta, Ga, and found a home both professionally and personally.
We have a very niche market. We provide high-quality events that feature music from the late 80s through the early 2000s.
We do not play trap music.
In the past, we have featured artists such as Rakim, KRS ONE, Big Daddy Kane, Kool DJ Red Alert, The LOX, Ed Lover, Chubb Rock, Greg Nice, CL Smooth, and Bernadette Stanis aka Thelma from "Good Times" at our JAMES EVANS events.
Our Story
In 2013, we noticed that events weren't fun anymore. The venues all looked the same,
People weren't dancing, and there weren't any unique experiences.
So we created the JAMES EVANS brand to fill the void of boring events that lacked personality and interaction. We wanted to make events FUN AGAIN.
As you can see, we've been very successful with our mission. We started with parties, and now we have begun our concert division.
